SkinPen® looks just like a pen, except it’s a state-of-the-art skin resurfacing device that rejuvenates your skin from the inside out! This FDA-cleared hand-held tool uses tiny needles to create thousands of microchannels on your skin, which stimulate your body’s natural healing response. These microchannels are referred to as “controlled injuries,” which means they are technically injuries, but have been specially created without harming the skin. This means your skin is triggered to heal and remodel itself at an optimal level, with minimal cellular damage, revealing healthier, smoother skin with little to no risk and minimal to no downtime.

  • Your best results can be achieved with a series of microneedling treatments. We typically recommend a series of three treatments, spaced about 30 days apart. However, your treatment regimen will depend on your unique skin care concerns and goals.

  • Yes! The great thing about microneedling with SkinPen® is that it’s safe for all skin types!

  • There is little downtime with microneedling. Your skin should appear red and slightly swollen in your treatment areas for a few days following your treatment. Be careful to protect your newly treated skin from the sun by wearing SPF 30 or higher and staying indoors. After 24 hours following your treatment, you should be able to apply makeup. Within a few days, any redness will fade as your skin heals and generates new collagen and elastin, revealing smoother, brighter skin. Your skin will continue to rejuvenate in the days and months following your treatment and will continue to improve with each subsequent microneedling treatment.
